Ancestry.com Class!

Patrons who use Ancestry.com at the IPL, or have their own Ancestry.com account can register for the Ancestry.com Class to pick up some tips and tricks for using the site. The class will be led by Tony Bengston, and begins at 6:30 PM on July 20th. This class is free and open to the public, but space is limited, so please register.

Detection And Prevention of Malware

Join the Independence Public Library tomorrow night (April 2nd, 2015) to learn how to handle malware on your computer. Kim Van Deest will be here at 6:30 PM to teach the Detection And Prevention of Malware Class. The class is free and open to the public, but registration is required. Want to learn more about spreadsheets, or pick up some Excel skills for work or school? Sign up for the Excel Class at the Independence Public Library. Registration is required but the class is free. iPad Q&A!

New iPad? Looking for some tips and tricks to get more out of your iPad? Register for iPad Q&A at the IPL. The Class will be taught by Kim Van Deest, and will run from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM on January 13th, 2015. The class is free and open to the public,but registration is required. You are encouraged to bring your iPad with you to class. If you can't make it on the 13th there will be another iPad Q&A class available in February.
